Ani was instrumental in several lean six sigma projects which improved operations, reduced cost, and increased customer satisfaction. He led a make-to-order lead time reduction effort in one production facility which resulted in reducing the manufacturing lead time by 50%. This lead time reduction project was done in 60 days and was a direct result of value stream mapping the entire operation process, identifying the opportunities, changing the flow, and creating the future value stream map. In addition, Ani was a key member of the SAP software implementation team for three manufacturing plants for the Decorative business. All plants were implemented successfully on-time and within budget with no service or production interruptions.
